Kayleigh advises multinational corporations, private companies and family offices on the Singapore legal aspects of a range of domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, including acquisitions and divestments of companies and businesses, corporate restructurings, and legal-entity rationalization exercises. She also regularly advises businesses on regulatory, employment and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Atlas Asia Law Corporation, Kayleigh practiced at a leading law firm in Singapore, where she represented multinational corporations, private and listed companies, and banks in commercial and insolvency disputes in the Singapore courts as well as in arbitration.

Kayleigh is a practicing Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore and holds an LLB (Hons) from the National University of Singapore.
